Standing on the crest of a hill, with breathtaking views in all directions: across the valley to Spoleto and surrounding hills and mountains.
Within its own grounds in 20 hectares of farmland, surrounded by lawn, olive groves, vineyards and an old medieval fortress at the end of the field.
Comfortably and elegantly furnished. The house is on two floors.  
Ground floor: entrance by verandah - dining area with great views * 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room * Large living room with fireplace and dining area, comfortable seating for 8 people * Fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, clothes washer, fireplaces, oven) with fireplace * HI-FI * TV * VCR * Central heating.
First floor: 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom * 1 double bedroom * 1 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Studio (sleeps 3- accessed from outside) Ground floor, with 3 beds and full shower room.  

Garden: verandah area with dining table. Seating for 10 people with great views.
